What did you want to be when you were small?

Like John Lennon is rumoured to have said "Happy!" Happiness is key :)

Who is your hero?

My Mum. She was always strong, brave, generous and funny. Qualities that I hope I inherited.

What are your hobbies?

I love a good book, the gym, bringing the dog for a long walk. I randomly took up knitting during lockdown. I'm still honing my skills though. I made my friend's little girl a jumper but the arms were far too long and it ended up looking like Mr Tickle.

What motivates you to work hard?

The sense of achievement you get when a task has been done to a high standard. I am a people person and love building a rapport with clients and maintaining that relationship.

Someone you might be starstruck to meet?

Tom Hanks. He just seems to be the nicest man in the world...also he's Woody from Toy Story.

What makes you laugh the most?

I do love a good comedy series...Seinfeld, Peep Show and Gavin and Stacey always provide a giggle. Bowie my dog is a constant source of amusement too.

What would you sing at Karaoke night?

I did Karaoke once and they turned off my microphone mid-song...enough said.

Favourite band/singer?

I love live music. I've been to some amazing gigs like Bruce Springsteen, The Killers, The Cranberries, Ray Lamantange, Tom Odell, Beyonce and Coldplay. Probably one of those...it's so hard to choose.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Are wheelies considered a meal? Probably Lennox's Chipper in Cork. I do love Thai food also.

Biggest life lesson to date? 

Learning to live by the maxim, what's the worst that can happen?

I set up an Instagram account for my puppy Bowie. He has over 3,500 followers. Follow his lil' adventures @bowie.thecavapoo

If you could go back in time, where would you go?

I love '80s music so give me a hair crimper and let's get in that time machine.

What is the worst job you’ve done?

I worked in Smyths Toy Store at Christmas when I was in college. To say it was hectic is an understatement.

Anything on Netflix/Amazon Prime that you would recommend?

Over lockdown I definitely watched some amazing series like Boardwalk Empire, Mindhunter, Breaking Bad, The Handmaid's Tale, The Sopranos, The Wire, Succession, True Detective. Some of those are HBO but all of them are fantastic.

What’s the most expensive thing you’ve bought (excluding property)?

My car Lucy. My niece named her Lucy because I bought her in Lucy's Garage in Cork. She's been a great purchase and I love her.

What is a question that you like to ask people? 

How are you? I think it's so important that we sit and talk to each other. Sometimes all a person needs is a person to chat to and all of a sudden their troubles seem much lighter.
